Payment Options

Credit Cards/Debit Card Payment: In this method, your tour consultant would send across an online customized payment invoice through a link to guests’ email. Upon receiving the digital invoice, guests can click on the link, and from there process the payment using their Credit Card [Visa/Mastercard/Amex]. For payments through credit cards, there would be an additional 2.99% transaction fees applicable over the total invoice amount, as per the guidelines of Indian Government.

Bank Transfer: In this method, your tour consultant would send across our bank details, and guests can simply wire transfer the total invoice. There will be a small bank transfer fees, which needs to be accepted before processing the transfer at guests end.

Cancellation Charges :

    30 Days before date of arrival: No Cancellation Charges [Except Accommodation charges]

· 10 Days before date of arrival: 70 % of total tour cost

· 07 Days before date of arrival: 100 % of the total tour cost

Refunds :

No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature. Any refund due to the client/s on account of cancellation and for changes made in the booking or on any other account will take minimum 15 (Fifteen days) to process. No partial refund shall be made for unused rooms, meals and other services.
